Master Plan Delhi 2041
An Overview
Under the Master plan 2041, a four-tiered approach to the Urban development and Urban regeneration of Delhi is proposed.
Contrary to earlier development process, largely governed and executed by the DDA, the next phase of evolution of Delhi is a paradigm shift. Delhi would Be developed largely by the Private Sector, and DDA would play the role of a facilitator.
The MPD 2014 shall lay basis of Land Pooling for Residential and Commercial needs as well as Green Area Development for Farmhouses, Resorts, Sports Facilities, Exhibition Centres and much more.
As per a report in TOI, the Centre’s approval of the much delayed Delhi Master Plan 2041 and its notification is one of the key actions of the first 100-day plan of the next government.

The team is led by Mr Ramesh Menon whose interests have been aligned with Delhi Master Plans MPD 2021 and MPD 2041 since the same were on the drawing board. Ramesh has been involved in various capacities with DDA, Institutional Investors & HNI capital, Landowners and farmers, local governance authorities and political leadership.
Ramesh also has made contributions towards pioneering efforts by agencies & industry bodies like Delhi Urban Arts Commission (DUAC), DDA, NIUA, DSIIDC, CREDAI, Naredco, Revenue & Administration etc.
Besides formal meetings with stakeholders, Ramesh also shares his insights as a media panelist with TV shows, articles in print & digital mediums and forums & seminars.
